Grand Hotel Kielce

Staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me. My room, superior king, was comfy and clean, and i loved the buffet breakfast with fresh fruits. I really enjoyed the vibe of this place, everyone was kind and happy. Definetly a great spot right in the city center!

The carpets are a bit old and could use a renewal. The wifi was kinda weak sometimes.

It's very close to central rail station, to the center of the sity.

Hello, It was hard to get to the hotell car-parking. The guy who oppened the car-parking gate asked a lot of questions before he oppened the gate. The room was very little if You take the prices and the place. The TV was so little You hardly could watch it.

Had a lovely stay! The staff were real sound folks, always ready to help. Breakfast had a good selection, including fresh fruit. Just wish the coffee machine was a bit better. Mighty location, right near the train and bus stations!

The breakfast was perfect and the location was magnificent! Location: the hotel was very close to the centre of Kielce as well as train and bus station. It was really great stay, I did not want to leave there and would not hesitate to return there.

The double room had basic facilities you need, a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and a work desk. Private bathroom was huge.

Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is located across from the main railway station in Kielce and very close to the main shopping street. The staff are friendly and helpful. Within the hotel there are useful facilities including a small shopping parade, music bar and casino. For the price the hotel offers very good value for money.

The breakast buffet was disappointing, and not well stocked. The beat of the music from the music bar can be heard in some of the rooms.

Breakfast was very good. The idea with two cooks in breakfast area ready to serve individual orders for E.G. omelets and/or special scrambled eggs is originals and a bit exclusive.

The colour of furnitures and rooms inside is ugly - but it is a matter of indiividual tase - simply I hate turquise colur.
