The staff was very polite and nice. the twin room was warm and included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. - the view from the room was particularly nice. - the very central location of this nice business hotel was a bonus. - Spent a nice evening at Ajmere, located a few steps away from the venue.

Hello, It was hard to get to the hotell car-parking. The guy who oppened the car-parking gate asked a lot of questions before he oppened the gate. The room was very little if You take the prices and the place. The TV was so little You hardly could watch it.

Decor super posh, comfy bed, great bathroom with shower and tub, good water pressure, nice tea station, silent refrigerator.

The restaurant is good. the room is exceptionally clean with comfortable mattresses. - the room has a nice view. - the room also has a foldable sofa bed. - Plenty of food available in the restaurant. - the hotel has a very central location, just a short walk away from a Roman Catholic church.

The breakfast was perfect and the location was magnificent! Location: the hotel was very close to the centre of Kielce as well as train and bus station. It was really great stay, I did not want to leave there and would not hesitate to return there.

The double room had basic facilities you need, a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and a work desk. Private bathroom was huge.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. It is also within walking distance of the train station and has a main shopping street nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a TV and a comfortable bed. the breakfast is acceptable and offers a decent selection of hot and cold food. Some rooms may have a nice view of the city.

The staff could be more attentive and responsive to guests' complaints.

Breakfast was very good. The idea with two cooks in breakfast area ready to serve individual orders for E.G. omelets and/or special scrambled eggs is originals and a bit exclusive.

The colour of furnitures and rooms inside is ugly - but it is a matter of indiividual tase - simply I hate turquise colur.

The hotel is located across from the main railway station in Kielce and very close to the main shopping street. The staff are friendly and helpful. Within the hotel there are useful facilities including a small shopping parade, music bar and casino. For the price the hotel offers very good value for money.

The breakast buffet was disappointing, and not well stocked. The beat of the music from the music bar can be heard in some of the rooms.
